Excellent experience with SPI! Keith was very thorough and detailed which was reflected in the inspection report. The seller’s agent actually commented that it was the most detailed inspection he had seen. He thoroughly covered all issues with the house, but also gave great tips on how to care for the house ongoing. On the day of the inspection he walked me through all of the issues he had and the report was ready within four hours. I was most impressed with his timely communication. Text, email, phone – he was very responsive to all and very professional. Highly recommended!

Stonebriar Property inspections did a great job on my daughter’s new build. He was very detailed and brought up a few issues that the builder needed to take care of. If we didn’t have an inspector we would not have known that there were any issues. Very prompt, courteous and great customer service. Highly recommend them for any home inspection.
