Keith Boggs, TREC Professional Real Estate Inspector #9867.
“As a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector and owner of Stonebriar Property Inspections, I feel it is my duty to help home buyers purchase their new homes with confidence and peace of mind.”
You have many choices when it comes to home inspectors in Dallas and North Texas, but you’ll see the difference when you choose Stonebriar Property Inspections. Our goal is to provide the information and transparency you need to buy, sell, or own your home with confidence.
Keith Boggs, owner of Stonebriar Property Inspections, personally performs every inspection. His investment in the company is reflected in the quality, thoroughness, and professionalism of every inspection.
About Keith
Keith came to home inspection from construction, where he has spent more than 25 years. That background shapes how he inspects. He knows how a house is framed, roofed, plumbed and wired, which means he understands not only what a defect looks like but why it happened and what it is likely to cost to correct.
He started Stonebriar Property Inspections in 2007 and has been inspecting homes in North Texas ever since. In that time he has inspected resale homes, new construction, luxury properties, condominiums and investment properties throughout Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Allen, Little Elm and the surrounding communities.
Stonebriar is deliberately a one-inspector company. When you book an inspection, Keith is the person who arrives, inspects the home, writes the report and answers your questions afterward. There is no hand-off to a junior inspector and no call center between you and the person who saw the house.

How Keith Inspects a Home
Every Stonebriar inspection follows the same thorough process, whether the home is a new build in Frisco or a 1960s ranch in Dallas.
- More than 600 points inspected. Keith evaluates the foundation, structure, roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and the exterior and grounds, going beyond the minimum TREC standards of practice.
- 80 or more color photographs in every report. Each finding is documented with photographs, so you can see exactly what Keith saw.
- Reports within 24 hours, often sooner. Your report is detailed, organized and written in plain English, with findings, recommendations and maintenance tips.
- Advanced tools when the home calls for them. Thermal imaging, drone roof inspections, video sewer scope inspections and Zip Level foundation elevation surveys help identify problems that a visual inspection alone can miss.
- Time for your questions. Keith explains what he found and what it means for your purchase, during the inspection and after the report arrives.
Keith has completed more than 10,000 inspections since 2007. Read what his clients say on our customer reviews page.
